Will not connect via Bluetooth. Remote is the only way to use the device. ### 1/5 — App is *2025-05-11, version 1.3* This app need lots of attention ### 3/5 — Economical, but old *2024-08-12* App works, yet it would be great if updated and more user friendly. The wireless approach is the best after years of wires and more wires. The app is logical and easy to experiment with. You can stop and start over. Try every variation and see what suits your needs as an individual. Not many tens units use apps yet so given I had few choices of tens units using apps this is just fine. Wish I had control over the time feature. My last tens unit defaulted to 45 minutes. This one defaults to 30 minutes. It’s very arbitrary. At least give me access to as many variables as possible! Lock out at the highest point of time before it gets dangerous but give me some leeway. Overall, I’m happy with the unit. I’ll use the app but I understand why the extra handheld unit exists. This app doesn’t need to be as awful as it is; It’s ridiculously lazy or inept that no one has cared to fix the bugs and improve the basic functionality/user experience. ### 2/5 — It works for iPhone 13 now.. *2022-03-15* I had an issue with iPhone 13.. but seems to have smoothed out now. You have uninstall and then reinstall. I had an issue upgrading to an iPhone 13 Pro Max, but it seems to work now. By the way, you still have problems with no fix in sight, hang on to that remote that came with it, you'll be using that a lot for the foreseeable future. 🤷‍♂️ To add, host's website is no longer maintained, nor does it work. So this is all WYSIWYG at this point kids.
