### 2/5 — It works for iPhone 13 now..

*2022-03-15*

I had an issue with iPhone 13.. but seems to have smoothed out now. You have uninstall and then reinstall. I had an issue upgrading to an iPhone 13 Pro Max, but it seems to work now. By the way, you still have problems with no fix in sight, hang on to that remote that came with it, you'll be using that a lot for the foreseeable future. 🤷‍♂️ To add, host's website is no longer maintained, nor does it work. So this is all WYSIWYG at this point kids. The developer seems to have flown the coop. 😑

### 2/5 — Bummed out

*2020-05-10*

After just few months when i try and start it up i get to 4 or 5 and it says abnormal load detected and shuts down.....bummed out as it was working great.

### 2/5 — Disappointed

*2019-03-24*

It’s very glitchy.

### 2/5 — Only one device allowed?

*2018-05-31*

I need to be able to use 2 devices at once. One for the T-8 and T-9 area and one for the L-5 area on my lower back. You would think the app would be compatible with using multiple devices for chronic pain treatment. Carting around 2 remotes defeats the purpose of getting the wireless devices with the app control. It was supposed to make it less obvious when I have to use them at work when the pain is too much. You really should fix this issue.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App no longer works

*2026-01-07*

The application no longer works with the unit. Will not connect via Bluetooth. Remote is the only way to use the device.

### 1/5 — App is

*2025-05-11, version 1.3*

This app need lots of attention

### 1/5 — Does NOTHING!

*2023-08-31*

I don't know what this is supposed to do, but so far it has done exactly nothing. Complete waste of money. Don't bother

### 1/5 — Shamefully Inept

*2023-01-13*

The company behind this app, a companion to the (mostly) wireless TENS device they sell, should be ashamed. This app doesn’t need to be as awful as it is; It’s ridiculously lazy or inept that no one has cared to fix the bugs and improve the basic functionality/user experience.

### 1/5 — Stopped working.

*2021-04-09*

Constant crashing, crappy app. Half the time it shuts off halfway during therapy. Guess it is time V to buy a new one

### 1/5 — Pairing?

*2018-12-08, version 1.3*

Can’t get it to pair.

### 1/5 — Unreliable settings

*2018-09-30*

Glitch in app stops the EMS setting after 5 minute of use and starts a TENS setting. Very unreliable app

### 1/5 — Worst tens unit ever.

*2018-08-19*

Needs to connect to phone to work, but it won’t connect. Why does it have a wireless hand held remote if it has to connect to an app?

### 1/5 — App did not work on iPhone

*2018-02-25*

I tried numerous times to get the device paired with my iPhone 6 Plus. Bluetooth ON, device ON, but I kept getting “Device Not Detected” message on the app screen. The device repeatedly timed out and turned off. I have no idea what the problem is with this device and my phone. I am up to date with IOS. I gave up and used the remote. App would have been a lot more convenient. Help with app is non-existent. I cannot rate an app I was unable to open past the ENTER screen.

### 1/5 — AccuRelief app download is awful!

*2018-01-19*

I just downloaded a couple of apps using WiFi. When I try to download the AccuRelief app for my new AccuRelief Wireless 3-in-1 device, it won’t load. It seems to get “stuck” half way through the download. I ordered the device because of the wireless capability. Such a letdown.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Very helpful. LOVE wireless!

*2023-11-27*

Using the app is great! The wireless approach is the best after years of wires and more wires.

The app is logical and easy to experiment with. You can stop and start over. Try every variation and see what suits your needs as an individual. Not many tens units use apps yet so given I had few choices of tens units using apps this is just fine.

Wish I had control over the time feature. My last tens unit defaulted to 45 minutes. This one defaults to 30 minutes. It’s very arbitrary. At least give me access to as many variables as possible! Lock out at the highest point of time before it gets dangerous but give me some leeway.

Overall, I’m happy with the unit. I’ll use the app but I understand why the extra handheld unit exists. Probably won’t use it, however.

### 5/5 — A lifesaver

*2023-06-12*

I wasn’t to sure about this device as there were mixed reviews. It has been heaven sent.
The only downfall is having to use one at a time.
It would be so much better for someone like me if I could utilize two devices as once without having to lug the remote around.

### 5/5 — Apple Watch

*2023-01-25*

I truly love this, it helps me so much! But was wondering if there is any way to be able to add this to my Apple Watch to control it also.

### 5/5 — Relieved to have a version that works on new iOS

*2021-03-30*

I love the app. The remote works great but the app is so much easier to get it set exactly how you want it.

### 5/5 — No issues here!

*2019-11-04*

The app works great, it would be nice to be able to connect multiple units however.

### 4/5 — Great App

*2021-04-24*

Love the app but there should be an option to change the length of time on the app; such an easy option to program, I find it hard to believe that it is not customizable.

App is great, especially for the wireless version as the remote is a bit annoying to use.

### 4/5 — Uninstalled and reinstalled app.

*2019-10-21*

Now it works.

### 3/5 — Economical, but old

*2024-08-12*

App works, yet it would be great if updated and more user friendly. It is nice to have this economical wireless TENS device.

### 3/5 — Buggy

*2020-05-01*

The app needs to be updated and it is buggy. I created a new session and it started a session on its own on full speed without me setting it. Please update.

### 3/5 — App ok. More settings

*2018-11-21*

App is a bit buggy. Almost all the time the app seems to lose its “place”. The most often issue is that after leaving the app for a while, I come back to the app and the count down timer has only advanced 1-2 minutes, when in reality 20 minutes have passed. I have resorted to setting an iPhone timer in the background to accurately track time. The second most seen issue is that when I come back to the app, it has two different timers going, only seconds apart.

As a request, I would like the option to disable the tone the contacts emit.
