### 2/5 — Bad to worse

*2024-12-03*

I used to like this app. However it is extremely buggy now, unresponsive and unreliable. Tried contacting support and just sat there in the queue waiting for someone indefinitely. App crashes anytime I try to look at history of workouts.

### 2/5 — Great app BUT….

*2023-11-07, version 3.5.19*

I’ve been using this for more than 3 years. The app is fantastic in the way it graphically represents your work out. Love it.

HERE COMES THE BUT PART…
During the last year or so when there’s been an update from the app the app will not allow anything - including your music app- to play in the background. I reach out to the developer and within a week it would be fixed.

***Recently though, another issue has cropped up where the app won’t hold your phone unlocked while it’s running. The most recent update resulted in both the app overriding music and not holding the phone unlocked.

***Once more I reached out and the music issue was fixed but the phone still locks after the time you have set. Meaning it’s one more thing I have to do while running etc. I’ve reached out about this but no response back… I guess they’ve tired of me complaining…

I can only recommend this app if you’re willing to deal with stupid issues that they routinely screw up on updates or refuse to deal with…

Caveat emptor.

### 2/5 — Doesn’t run session with iPads

*2023-10-04, version 3.5.18*

I’ve been using this and up until now it would work great. I have an extra iPad I was going to use in my home gym and it won’t work. I got it connected but when I go to start a session it says “monitoring”. Spinning wheel of death then shuts the session down. Works on my phone fine. The only problem with the phone is it won’t run in the background so it you get out to look at a text or anything like that it shut the app down and you lose all you data.

Fix these issues please I like the setup but will go with another brand if nothing changes

### 2/5 — Update is not working

*2023-01-16, version 3.5.9*

This new update is horrible. I am having soo many problems with the app now and didn’t have a problem before. I need to look into a new app if this is not fixed soon.

### 4/5 — Not bad

*2022-02-09, version 3.4.8*

The app is quiet good but please fix the problem: sleep data does not record to application from bracelet

### 3/5 — Unexpectedly stops during a workout

*2022-02-01, version 3.4.8*

It stops recording a workout right in the middle of one. Very annoying…

### 3/5 — No sharing?

*2021-12-15, version 3.4.8*

Accurofit is great at tracking my heart rate during workouts where wearing a watch can’t happen (kick boxing) but unfortunately it doesn’t share heart rate information with Apple Health! To the devs: if you can share blood pressure with Apple Health, surely you can share heart rate! Doing that would let me get a better picture of my performance in one place across all the fitness devices I have.

### 2/5 — Accurofit

*2021-03-01, version 3.4.7*

I’m not sure how to rate this. This is my 3rd one, but why? Why are they failing? Why is the one I’m wearing right now not working? I use it a couple hours a day. It’s never been submerged in water. I wipe it off when I’m done.
I sent a request to customer service yesterday. Hopefully I’ll get a call today or tomorrow so I can get my latest non working monitor fixed.

### 2/5 — Not impressed so far

*2021-02-13, version 3.4.7*

None of the devices that they sell sync up with the app

### 4/5 — My likes and dislikes

*2021-02-11, version 3.4.7*

I love my Accurofit heart rate monitor as I feel that it is very accurate (way more accurate than my Apple watch) and fits very well. However, I only gave it 4 stars because if I get off the app on my phone to change my music or answer a text during a workout the phone session that was started sometimes stops and then I don’t know how many calories I truly burned.

### 1/5 — Keeps crashing

*2020-11-13, version 3.4.7*

I can’t even input my profile and it crashes - wow !

### 1/5 — Stopped working

*2020-11-03, version 3.4.7*

For the first six weeks the Accuro worked great. Unfortunately, it will not connect to my iPhone or work during spin classes. I will probably toss the Accuro and buy a new monitor from a different company.

### 4/5 — Accurofit

*2020-10-10, version 3.4.7*

I love this app & heart rate monitor. It works much better when used in a gym setting and sends you monthly email summaries of your workouts! Unfortunately due to the pandemic it’s home workouts for me, just wish I got a monthly summary!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — I had given it a 5 but no longer the case

*2024-06-06, version 3.6.1*

Useless now… I connect HRM (lynk2) it stays connected to phone up until some point mid workout… then I have to connect it again, but lose all data… can no longer recommend

### 1/5 — Mio SLICE won’t connect!

*2024-04-15, version 3.6.0*

I’ve had my mio for a while now. When I first got it the paî app worked amazing. Now this AccuroFit App is a piece of sh..! I cannot get it to pair with my iPhone in the app. The App can see the mio SLICE but they won’t pair. So frustrating!! If there were no stars for a rating, that’s what you would get!!!!!

### 1/5 — Disconnecting

*2023-09-14, version 3.5.16*

My AccuroFit keeps on disconnecting. Very frustrating. There are no updates. The battery is brand new too.

### 1/5 — Since new update in 2023.. app doesn’t work

*2023-01-16, version 3.5.9*

Please correct the update that has been done. The app does load or open. Just a blue screen.

### 1/5 — Not compatible with apple workouts

*2022-11-26, version 3.5.5*

This seems to be a very functional piece of gear with a lot of potential. It is very frustrating that it is not compatible with Apple Fitness.

### 1/5 — Can’t use Apple Watch as device

*2022-09-14, version 3.5.5*

Seems ridiculous to have to purchase ANOTHER device when I already paid for an Apple Watch and it tracks my heart rate already… super disappointing. Not worth it. I’ll stick to my Apple Watch and apple’s Workout App

### 1/5 — Disconnecting and freezing

*2022-07-04, version 3.5.0*

Disconnecting and freezing that's what this app can do! Don't waste your time and money with this hrm!! Junk

### 1/5 — Great but horrible connection issues

*2021-02-01, version 3.4.5*

Love this thing but it constantly will not connect. I have to forget device then spend 30 minutes trying to get it to connect again. No bueno when you are trying to work out on a schedule.

### 1/5 — Does not calculate steps

*2021-01-19, version 3.4.7*

Not impressed! Does not calculate steps and battery dies very quickly. Would not recommend!

### 1/5 — Failed firmware update.

*2020-12-29, version 3.4.7*

Rendered moot slice useless. Stuck on arrows. Followed disconnect reconnect instructions. Dead watch.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2021-04-22, version 3.4.8*

I like this app so much because it monitors PAI which is a heart rate-based exercise metric with solid academic development behind it. This app pairs with an inexpensive wrist monitor (I have a “Slice”) and it works great. Also monitors steps, calories and measures sleep. It’s a very comprehensive app and incredible that it’s free.

### 5/5 — This is a great way to keep track of your workouts

*2021-02-17, version 3.4.7*

I really enjoy having this device and app to keep track of my heart rate and calories during the day. It is easy to use for the most part. The few things I would like to see improved are a quicker pairing and the app having a longer range to stay connected.

### 5/5 — Love the app!

*2021-02-14, version 3.4.7*

I enjoy it!

### 5/5 — Coach Millsy

*2021-01-28, version 3.4.7*

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2020-11-19, version 3.4.7*

Very good application

### 5/5 — Rissylynn92

*2020-11-04, version 3.4.7*

Great app! Easy to use and makes for great workouts outside of the Tram Training studio.

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2020-09-27, version 3.4.7*

Love this thing! Always works and helps me learn!

### 5/5 — Good heart rate monitor

*2020-09-03, version 3.4.5*

Very accurate heart rate monitoring. The PAI score is quite promising. I do hope it can also provide regular step counts.

### 5/5 — Helps keep me motivated!

*2020-09-02, version 3.4.5*

Works great at tracking my workouts and keeps me motivated to work harder for those numbers.
