## What is Accutane Tracker & Log?

IsoPal is an Accutane (isotretinoin) tracker for daily doses, pill reminders, side effects, progress photos, notes and treatment trends. No account is required. Your treatment logs and photos stay on your device.

USE ISOPAL TO:
• Remember one or two daily doses
• Keep side effects and daily context together
• Build a consistent progress-photo record
• Review useful details before an appointment
• Follow the treatment plan provided by your prescriber

ONE TREATMENT TIMELINE
Keep dose history, reminders, notes and photos together for the course you are already following. Log a dose quickly, then add more detail when you need it.

DOSES AND PILL REMINDERS
• Log one or two daily dose slots
• Record when each dose was taken
• Schedule local reminders around your routine
• Keep a clear dose history when your prescribed plan changes
• Review earlier treatment days without losing today’s place

SIDE EFFECTS AND NOTES
• Record skin condition, dryness and mood
• Track the side effects you choose
• Add private notes for details you want to remember
• Review patterns in the information you log

PROGRESS PHOTOS
• Take or import progress photos
• Organize them by date and your own body-area tags
• Compare earlier and later photos in toggle, split and collage views
• Create progress videos from selected photos

TREATMENT TRENDS, NOT TREATMENT ADVICE
Review cumulative dose, consistency, missed days and trends in your record. Track a cumulative target, a clearance-period goal or no target. IsoPal records the plan provided by your prescriber; it does not create or change that plan.

WIDGETS AND PHOTO REMINDERS
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show your treatment day and dose status without opening the app. Set how often IsoPal reminds you to add a new progress-photo set.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
IsoPal does not require an account. Your profile, daily logs, notes and saved progress photos are stored locally on your device. There is no IsoPal cloud account containing your treatment record. You decide what to show or share with your care team.

A TRACKER, NOT A CLINICIAN
IsoPal is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. Always follow your prescriber’s guidance and ask a qualified healthcare professional about side effects, dose changes or treatment decisions.
