## What is AccYouRate YouCare?

YouCare is the official AccYouRate app, designed to connect with the Smart Shirt, the innovative textile sensor capable of continuously and accurately monitoring heart rate, electrocardiogram (ECG), and breathing activity.

With YouCare, wearable technology becomes part of your everyday life:
   • Monitor your heart in real time, with a clear and precise ECG trace.
