Here is what will happen:

1-Download the app
2-It will ask you to add a PIN
3-It will ask you to enter a user name, password and nickname.

And right then you will get the following response: “invalid password”

Notice that at no point through the process dit it ask you to setup a username and password.

A response by the developer on another review instruct the user to call their support phone number. Really? Why offer an app if at the end of the day you have to call a phone number!? Lord have mercy…

Can’t get past username and password! Why not review your own app and fix it !?

This app is JUNK it will not let you go any further from username and password it doesn’t matter how many time you try to log in.

Will not let me put in a password and user name how do I put in a password and username Why have an app where you cannot have a username or password because all you have in the beginning if you download it and then you except terms and that’s it

When you can login which I haven’t been able to for about a month it’s an amazing app. Being a mobile mechanic this app is great for ordering parts on the go when time is in a crunch and there is no time to boot up the laptop! 

Please update and fix the login issue!!!!

Once you put in the account username and password it works great. Makes life much easier to quote jobs and order parts.
