There is no where that it states on how to book for accessibility either. Considering they’re on the network of taxi companies as per the Nottingham County Council website as being an accessibility taxi provider. So when asking the driver why he would just go to the destination address when he clearly can see it’s the wrong address, he replies I’m just a driver the app told me to go here!! Didn’t bother to read the notes saying collection is a 14 year old girl alone and must pick up. Won’t be using this again.
