Realised few days later that taxi was no longer needed but app would not work, wouldn’t load, it was already the latest version on a up to date iPhone. I couldn’t cancel my pre paid booking on the app so I rang twice to cancel over the phone on the Thursday and Friday and was told it was cancelled however Ive had no refund!! Think you need to go back to manual process! ### 1/5 — Worst app ever they roped of £100 *2022-03-20, version 33.5.35* I don’t normally write reviews about apps, but since I’ve been treated very bad by their customer service,I ordered on the app three times and on two times of that they cancelled but still toke my money and the other one it said that the trip is completed when I never even got a driver sent, when I called them they were soo rude and they kept cutting the phone saying that there nothing they could do, I wish I could post pictures so this could be avoided and I hope that this doesn’t happen to no one else. There is no where that it states on how to book for accessibility either. Considering they’re on the network of taxi companies as per the Nottingham County Council website as being an accessibility taxi provider. The app should be integrated enough to include this. ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-12-07, version 34.6.18* Put in pickup and destination should be easy right! No driver turns up at destination for the pickup. So when asking the driver why he would just go to the destination address when he clearly can see it’s the wrong address, he replies I’m just a driver the app told me to go here!! Didn’t bother to read the notes saying collection is a 14 year old girl alone and must pick up. Won’t be using this again. Get your act together ABC Taxis ### 1/5 — Yuck *2024-10-20, version 34.6.18* That last taxi driver was rude. I rang him in plenty of time to see if he could adapt my journey to a further destination. He arrived 8 minutes late. Denied my answer message. O apology. He said ‘we are not whippets’. He smelt strongly of cigarettes and made my asthma and COPD flare up. He refused to park in a space and wouldn’t really let me out of the taxi with my trolley. Terrible. I missed the bus. Terrible. ### 1/5 — Hi *2024-09-27, version 34.6.18* Tell me why you take £15 ??? Not good at all, was also 45mins late after landing Check his dash cam !! Tried multiple times but SMS code never arrived so unable to use ### 1/5 — Pathetic service *2023-12-05, version 34.3.26* Taxi was late, spoke to them on the phone and wouldn't let me cancel it even though I had to find another way to get to my destination after waiting for so long. Told me it was 5 minutes away (the map had been displaying they where the next street across for the past 20 minutes). So didn't get a refund for a taxi I never had. Used many times prior with no issue, will never use them again now. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2023-08-08, version 34.0.23* Sometimes the app doesn’t allow you to book and says unavailable, the real time frame for taxi isn’t always correct and sometimes glitches.
