If location descriptions included the in between streets included it would be helpful. For example, does Oregon square include NE Pacific Street? When I drove up the lot was only charging $25 for parking. The attendant said the app was 3rd party and they always gets complaints from people paying more using the app. The app doesn’t show anywhere that it’s a 3rd party app. I use to think this a- was convenient now I see it’s just robbing me. What appeared to be funny to her, was not funny to me. I begged for assistance with paying for electric for EV Car, which she found humorous at 4:30am having worked the graveyard shift. She then told me to sit and wait til 8:30am. I only needed a little Customer Service on how to purchase time for ACE PARKING. What a miserable piece of work this agent was.
