I gained 5 miles an hour of velocity by sticking to the program, but it is very important that you do what you’re told to do otherwise it will not be worth your time. So if you were someone that is willing to work your tail off this is what you want it!!!

I’m a college pitcher and use the app everyday it’s great and I love it! The only thing ide suggest is like a part of the like daily score is u can log a lift maybe you already can do that I just haven’t discovered it yet but I love the app 100% would recommend to any pitcher looking for good mobility work and recovery scores great app guys!
