### 1/5 — App

*2026-06-27*

The app will not let me scroll to access anything, can’t hardly push on stuff

### 3/5 — Good app

*2026-11-01*

The only thing I would change is to show how to do each drill with a video instead of a step by step or picture

### 5/5 — Arm care

### 5/5 — Helps with velocity if you do the work.

*2026-06-21*

I gained 5 miles an hour of velocity by sticking to the program, but it is very important that you do what you’re told to do otherwise it will not be worth your time. So if you were someone that is willing to work your tail off this is what you want it!!!
