Hello, I have been playing ace for 3 years now, I became S20 and S21 veteran as well you can find me as Burnout in EU servers. Ace is unique game and special but it lacks new things in recent time. Even the 3rd anniversary hadn’t celebrated. Same cars keep coming every season, the global version is left to death. The game needs proper care and update. Please NetEase there’s huge fan base of this game and you’re losing it. For those who start to game it is a such a unique and I highly recommend playing. It gives you great competition. Its a little bit P2W but P2W and F2P balance is better compared to past. I hope they start to take care of this game again and Ace Racer becomes one of the best racing games on mobile again.

Okay so I played this game and got a lot of stuff in 2023, in that account, it was linked to my android device. Then I came back this 2026, logged in the same exact account, email and everything, when I checked it all of my progress was gone. I was back to lvl 2 and I didn’t do the tutorial thing. I know very well it’s the exact account, same log in, everything. I tested every log in method and server, and it’s still the only one that I’m sure is mine that got its progress deleted. Why.

I need help with my account.
When I log in using Facebook, the game gets stuck at “Updating Resources 100%” every time and never loads.
I can enter the game normally as Guest, so the problem is clearly only with my account, not my device or internet.
I’ve already tried repairing the game, reinstalling it, using different devices, and different networks, but nothing worked.
I’ve spent a significant amount of money on this account and really enjoy playing Ace Racer.
It would be very disappointing to lose access because of an account issue I can’t fix myself.
Please help check, reset, or resync my account so I can play again.

Love the game, but it needs more hype. Even the anime horse girl game was super hyped up, but it is just a glorified gal game. Promote it more on social media and surely more people will play it, especially whales. I've been playing many open world anime mmorpgs and racing games, but this game quenches my thirst for both super powers and cars. Please make it bigger in the west!!!
