I completed said in-person course yesterday, so I could leave a proper statement. I was lucky to have a good teacher, so in my opinion, in-person is far better. I received information in a personal way that made me take driving seriously. My daughter loves it, she knows now how to do commons maintenance on her car and other rules of the road she didn’t know as a driver and a pedestrian. Shes loves how there’s a mix of videos and reading lessons. But one of the mini games it does during the lesson which is the typing in the answer one, has been glicthing for her bad. She knows the answer but they page wont let her go to the next page. The arrow doesn’t light up blue. She’s even had to delete the app to get it to work again but now it’s just not working which is kind of aggravating since she can’t continue to learn about driving. Kinetic energy is energy that an object has because of its _____. The answers I put are 1. Potential 2. Kinetic 3. Motion All that is on this screen before and after putting the answers is simply the questions and an odd amount of empty space at the bottom of the page that hyperextends when you scroll and yet has nothing at the end that you can click. The arrow to progress (on the right) is gray the entire time and every other question I have done so far has let me progress up until this point. I would like to see if this can be fixed and I am not currently sure if any other fill in the blank question has this bug. I put so much time into that course and they just made me redo it. Do not fall for their cheeky little scams, their support are liars. They would not help me whatsoever and they are so careless. Just not good. ### 1/5 — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME *2026-04-24, version 4.8* Me (16) and my dad got rejected from the DMV today because a box that we were supposed to tick off was not checked (we were getting a learners permit) After that horrific DMV experience we call aceable saying our expirience and we get redirected to a random guy from India. That’s fine, but the thing is, HE WAS THE WORST GUY WE COULD’VE TALKED TO. He told us information we already knew and told us to go back after we had JUST BEEN REJECTED, saying “we had the right information” and also said we had to pay 10 bucks, and RESTART THE COURSE IVE SPENT 6 MONTHS ON. We had to call some other company because of how unhelpful aceable was, they were genuinely worse than the DMV, that has got to be an achievement no other company has claimed. It’s difficult to use between phone and computer, making the course unnecessarily stressful and non-versatile, whatever you start logged in on STAY logged in on or risk being locked out. Customer service is unhelpful and rigid, offering no real solutions when trying to fix your course issues, and seeming more interested in collecting money than assisting users, wanting you to buy an entirely new course if time runs out, even to extenuating circumstances. How the videos are accessible to Deaf and HH with automatic captioning! Just on your pace and not too long paragraphs like a textbook. Only decided to be ready to start driving at 23 years old and Acelet helped me easily passed my knowledge test 85%! (You can judge me hehe.)
