The content is questionable. The courses take much longer than stated. And many of the chapter questions seem to be either written by AI or someone whose first language isn’t English. If you accidentally press that area before the time is up I get a message that I must wait for the time to finish before I can advanced. Unfortunately when this message pops up, it won’t go away and you can’t progress to the next page when the timer finishes. I have to close the app put completely and relaunch the app for it to work, again. This is frustrating as I have to replay the page (which can be 5 minutes long). I took the pre-license course for Michigan and pass it on the first try. I did the course in 10 days studied for 15 days. I would recommend getting the deluxe version for the prep agent which really helped but one could study really hard in the pre-licensing and schedule the exam right away and pass with the retained knowledge. if someone were to take the course and immediately take the exam they would likely pass without studying. I did do two weeks of studying. There’s enough testing material in the basic plan to give you a very good chance of passing. ### 5/5 — Lisa Marie Vega *2025-09-10, version 3.56* I have really enjoyed this program!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scammy - forces you to buy insurance as you sign up *2026-07-16, version 7.6.0* Any app that forces you to sign up for an unrelated service you have to pay monthly for before you can access the product you’re actually paying for is a scam. ### 1/5 — New Update Issues *2026-05-27, version 7.1.0* Biggest issue with new update 1) As soon as the screen autolocks the dictation feature stops working so you either have to allow your screen to never sleep which consumes a lot of battery or keep touching the screen to keep it awake, both very annoying if you are wanting a handsfree dictation either while driving or relaxing and studying. 2) You can no longer see how many chapters or pages it has in a chapter you havent unlocked, just makes planning and time management worse. Fix the fix please. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2026-02-26* While the courses of this online class are beneficial, I hope you don’t experience any issues as their customer service team might as well not even exist. I experienced an issue in which the start date of my course was incorrect, I reached out to customer service who responded with policy and stated there was no error even when I had proof there was an error in the system. The law requires an 18 day period from the start of the course to time of taking the exam of the course and while I could prove that I started the course sooner then the website was stating the customer service just continued to state their policy and say their website isn’t wrong. While responsive at first it then became clear they had no intent in helping me but dragging out their support the 3 weeks until the exam became available. There is also no point in making people wait to finish one course to start the next if 18 days have passed then you should be able to start the next course, especially since they charge you extra if you need more then 6 months. While the classes itself are good, I would recommend a smaller company because if you run into an issue this company will not care. It’s also more efficient to take the courses at the same time rather the drag it out just to pay the company more. You can see your score right away but they still make you wait 5 business days. ### 1/5 — Not helpful in passing the exam *2026-01-09, version 3.62.1* This whole corse helped me solve MAYBE 15 questions of the 125 ### 1/5 — Do NOT recommend *2025-12-14* The absolute worst care for students. I took off work - took this course for 10+ hrs straight (no lunch break morning) and received completion email. No other emails were sent. I logged in to test it said please come back in 48 hrs - I went back in to take my test and my course was at 0% and they just say oh you need to start over we have a new course. No respect for my time and value. Zero notice for this situation and zero concern that it occurred. They let me enroll and take the course without knowledge that it was not going to be valid for longer than 24 hrs. I have referred people here previously as I’ve been licensed since 2005 and was getting licensed in TX. I will never refer anyone here again as I’ve seen they have zero concern for the student. I also requested a refund due to this and nothing. In today’s economy where you should value everyone who invest their time and money into your product I can confirm this company has lost that respect for others. They can’t provide me any emails they sent me with any of this change they had coming because they never sent me one. Please select another provider if you are searching for a course to take because they have no concern for your time invested or your hard earned money if they can strip your course to 0% without notice. I completed this course Dec 10 for reference see the email I received. Logged in Dec 12 to test to see 0% which was the first opportunity I was to return to test per their notice on screen when I tried to test Dec 10 later that night. They have zero concern for this so please don’t waste your valuable time here as they potentially strip you to zero and not care **Developer response:** Hello Lori! Please fix the app. ### 1/5 — Not good *2025-07-25, version 3.53* I think the videos in which Matt shows up are redundant plus he’s not good speaking and boring too. Also… the estimated times are completely wrong. The 63 hour course ends up being like 120 hour course. Some Pages are not readable in one minute not even making the computer read at fast speed. I’ve just literally watched a video of 7 mins about mortgage points and the reminder time of chapter was 32 mins. When I finished watching it, the reminder time of chapter was 29 mins. This course is insane. It’s not even close to 63 hours. It’s at least 100 hours to finish it and I’m falling short ### 1/5 — Customer Service *2025-05-19, version 3.49* The course itself is great. Easy format, helpful tips, engaging activities. I’m rating it low because of the refund policy. Due to unexpected and devastating events, I was unable to continue with the course. I was sad to know customer support could not help with issuing a refund ( I had barely started the course). I was hoping for a refund, and planning on re-purchasing once I’m able to.
