### 1/5 — TERRIBLE Customer Support

*2025-12-28*

You CANNOT use AceCode if you on Mac, even though the product says you can. If you try to it says that the drivers for the bot need to be updated by the developer. I contacted customer support and they said “that’s impossible try increasing the power”. I told them it IS POSSIBLE because it’s literally happening right now. They ignored me for two days and they finally came back to say “sorry you have to use a windows device”. I told them I don’t have a windows device and they continue to ignore me and haven’t responded since then.

### 1/5 — Doesn't even work

Doesn't even work

### 3/5 — Ok app

*2025-08-10*

Not the best because it is hard to program it

### 4/5 — Works, could use more instructions

*2025-02-21*

It's a decent companion to the ACEBOTT devices, but took me a while to figure it out. For the most part, you need to load a program on your device that is designed to work with the 'App'. When you turn on your device, it will expose a WiFi name, such as 'Robot_Arm_Car_'. You connect your phone to that WiFi, then launch the app, select the model of the device you want to control, and then press the link button (chain link icon) in the top right of the control screen.

### 5/5 — It Works

*2025-04-08*

It does work. The instructions that come with the quad bot explains how to use it and I didn’t have any problems setting it up. Thanks Acebott!
