This is actually a really decent game.  It’s basically Cuphead, but with every predatory monetization tactic implemented into one game.   Theres time gating with energy that only regenerates 1 every 20 minutes and one level costs 5 energy with a cap of 30.  There’s also hero characters to unlock, with a gacha draw system, that is literally gambling.  You convert your US dollars into in game currency, and then use that to gamble on a card game.  It is literally gambling with extra steps, plain and simple.  This game targets almost every human vulnerability imaginable.  The games mechanics are ridiculously convoluted, and engineered to be extremely grindy, to force you to keep playing endlessly if you want to become more powerful.  $15 to remove ads, and that is only one component of the multi level monetization system. 
The only reason I’m even giving it 3 stars is because underneath it all, it’s actually a good game.  It’s basically Cuphead, but it tries to charge you money or waste your time at every turn.  I love the art, that’s the main reason I’m playing this game.  But I’m only here until I get to a point where free to play becomes impossible, then I’ll move on.  This game should be like $10-$15 and then you own it.  I hate these types of games, just sell me the game and stop trying to get rich off of me.  Don’t let them get rich off of you.

- Passive - Power of Wishes: Sylas gains Power of Wishes when dealing DMG with his Main Cannon. After having a certain amount of Power of Wishes, Sylas enters the Wishful State. During this state, Main Cannon Heavy Missiles become Wish Missiles, summoning a Whimcap upon hitting enemies.
- Ultimate - Miracle Factory: Sylas summons a Miracle Factory from the sky, dealing screen-wide impact and clearing all projectiles. The Miracle Factory disappears after summoning a certain number of Whimcaps.
