My account manager continued to argue with me saying that my reasons didn’t make sense but eventually agreed to cancel the service. Days later and after three more requests via email and over their support line it is still active. I now call their support line and it immediately hangs up on me and have received no emails in response to my requests. I thought these retention techniques went out in the 90s but this company still uses them.
