I'm really thankful to the app creators. This app has helped me manage my injury a lot since I got hurt during a school training session. I've been using Aceso since then and it has helped me reduce my back pain a lot. Thank you again.

I was skeptical at first about an app claiming to provide you with a virtual personal trainer but Aceso has exceeded my expectations. The only thing that’s really different from having a real trainer is there is no one yelling in your ear, and I’m not so sure that’s a lost from my perspective!

I have been using this app for about a month now & I must say the progress is surreal. It sure beats me trying to create random workouts on my own. Since I don’t have a fitness background that was hard for me, but this app does all the work for I LOVE IT!!!

This app is honestly amazing! I’ve never had an app that actually takes the workouts I complete and uses those to create more challenging ones but still knows my ability to complete them. First of its kind and I’m sold..
