You can even make transfers and everything. However , we can no longer make notes to the transfer. Sure it’s something in the coding. PLZ FIX. This is a cool feature. The mobile app should be Lille the mobile app from Wells Fargo. Now on my brand new iPhone 13, after I login the app gets stuck loading and then crashes. ### 1/5 — What is happening? *2021-08-19, version 3019.0.0* Love the bank, love going there in person. Both the app and website are clunky and annoying to use. They never remember the singular device I use. Multiple accounts are a nightmare and linking accounts is useless because the data is nowhere near real time, off by days or weeks. What’s the point of connecting an separate acfcu account if you can’t check the balance? Have to sign in and out constantly, always having to email or text special codes every time I log in, even if I just “re-synched” moments earlier, just a huge pain. Not to mention costing hundreds in fees when you find out the balance shown was from last week. If I didn’t love the brick and mortar so much, uselessness of the app and site would drive me away. ### 1/5 — Only because I couldn't rate it lower *2019-11-27, version 3010.2* They took a perfectly good native app and turned it into a less usable, less functional webview. Annoying in its layout and irksome in its usage, I hope they make this better. Quickly. (Spoiler alert, they haven’t) for some reason, both in the app and on the website y’all saw fit to make it harder to view other credit union apps linked to mine, and when I try to add a new account to transfer to, it always gives me an error message no matter what I try. To your credit, whenever I call I never have trouble getting help, but these used to be things I could do in the app unassisted. ### 1/5 — DO NOT UPDATE! *2019-05-04, version 3000.8.1* I just updated the app (5-4-19), then used it to deposit a check. And I can’t log out of the app!!! When I tap LOGOUT, it jumps into home page on web browser. Tap the BACK button, and I’m still logged in. I’m deleting the app, but I hope you have a fix soon. I rely on the mobile deposit feature. ALSO, when I tap link for app support, goes to home page. Search for APP SUPPORT or HELP... “No results.” ### 1/5 — Garbage *2018-11-16, version 3000.6.2* App is full of bugs. Features work sporadically at best if you can even sign in. Way behind any other app I use for banking. If you want to see a real app for banking check out Capital One. ### 1/5 — Bombs on mobile deposit *2014-11-14, version 3.7.12* Not useful. Take a picture of the front of the check? Phone dies. Can't even get login window to load. ### 2/5 — Holiday’s *2026-06-18, version 4021.1.3* I was supposed to get paid today, but the bank decided to wait till Monday to give me my direct deposit. I called, but they said it was because of the holiday, yet my direct deposit has never been withheld on a holiday nor around it. Every loan has always been paid off AHEAD OF TIME and never a late or underpayment. That is why I am flummoxed at the apparent stalling of the loan overseer that there is ‘a problem in the application’ without ever an explanation of the ‘problem’, My Credit Score is excellent, near 800 and my gross annual salary increases every year. If I need help my daughter gets me back on track so I can navigate through the process. “She goes mom you have to learn this “. I am not only able to check balances, I also know how to deposit when I need to. I’m learning and retaining. Thank you for simplifying it for folks like me. Yes it is great that I can access my account on my phone. I’m sure this is not new for others but for me it’s a blessing.
