I swear I’m always having trouble logging in. It tells me to make sure I have the latest version of the app which I do and I still can’t log in. I will switching banks completely all because of this app!!! I’m constantly having to go through the internet on my phone or a computer to access my account. Logs you out and won’t let you log back in, even when password is already saved into you phone. Mobile deposits get rejected without reason. It’s come a long way but still has some catching up to do. Although I have Face ID turned on it sometimes asked me to put it my password. I guess it depends on what it feels like doing for the day. When I finally am able to get it I constantly get kicked out having to restart the whole login process. When I’m in it’s ok. Takes a while to load. Also when you ask to chat you have to answer 4 security questions before getting an answer. It’s just a pain! ### 1/5 — Needs A Fix *2021-11-04, version 21.2.70* App is always closing or not opening. I never can get in this app without a issue of not being able to see my accounts or getting into app or getting kicked out. It rarely saves your log in information, even if you use face id. the old ACFCU app was so much better. May need to just switch banks. I’m closing my account as soon as they give me back my money back they owe me. Logging in is such a hassle. if it gets an update at that’s crazy until they fix the bugs. then I can’t verify your identity most the time. and I had to call the bank multiple times so they can fix all the things. It always asked for you to send a text to your phone so you can verify that it’s you this is with do you have a face ID on as your authentication.
