## What is AcheNote?

AcheNote is a symptom tracker that helps you log and review everyday health changes such as headaches, fever, cough, sore throat, stomach pain, and nausea. Save severity, temperature, notes, and timing in one place so it is easier to organize how you have been feeling over time.

The Home screen keeps active symptoms, recent records, and upcoming doctor visits together. Daily Timeline helps you review each day at a glance, while visit records keep pre-visit notes and follow-up details organized in one place. AcheNote is designed for people who want a clear health log, a simple symptom journal, and an easier way to share their history during appointments.

Track headaches, fever, cough, sore throat, abdominal pain, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, lower back pain, muscle pain, chills, hot flashes, and more. Supported categories can be shared with HealthKit. AcheNote Pro unlocks iCloud sync, PDF export, and extended Daily history.

Thank you for using AcheNote. This update adds Apple Health medication history to Daily, department management in Settings, and tracking for eye pain and eye irritation.
We also improved Daily calendar navigation and loading, and added hospital information and next reservation shortcuts to ongoing visit records.
This release also fixes an issue where Home could keep showing a reservation after its scheduled time.

This update adds in-app Release Notes so you can quickly see what has changed. It also improves the opening hours display in hospital details and fixes an issue where iCloud sync could sometimes fail to sync records correctly.
