I downloaded this app to my iPhone 13 to open an account in order to buy a gic. I filled in all the screens to the point where I had to confirm my identity using a passport or a driver’s license. I selected “drivers license”, the app took a picture of it and a screen flashed “Success”. It then displayed a blank camera screen and froze and anything I did to move on caused it to crash. I tried three times even using the passport option, being careful to follow the on screen instruction. It crashed every time. I gave up. Also, where your phone number is entered, the app displayed a format using dashes “-“ between the numbers. However, the numeric keypad that appears obviously has no such key. Perhaps this is why it crashes. ### 1/5 — Can only use portrait orientation on my IPad *2021-01-02, version 3.3.2* This is very frustrating I can not change the orientation on my app from portrait to landscape. The latest update makes this app perfect: entering the client ID now uses a dedicated number pad rather than the whole keyboard.
