Idk what needs to be done, but this card control app sucks and so does the bank for having no proper channels to report/ correct the issue. The app is constantly saying the version on the app is no longer supported but there’s not an update available. The app hasn’t even been updated since last year. So is there a developer issue????

Since last update after 20 minutes of logging off and logging back on I’m being asked for my information because supposedly I have been logged off for too long and this happens over and over and over and it has become a nuisance

Can't sign in at all. Just made my account today, did all the proper password resetting online, and then waited a few hours before getting the app. Couldn't log in- something about the servers not working. That's an inconvenience, and the map piece didn't work either. If fixed I'd give it 5 stars, but right now 2 is generous

The snapshot feature stopped working.  I logged on, and i made certain to engage snapshot to the on position in settings.  I logged out.  It still does not work.

I like it. It is easy to use and navigate. I like that bill pay is here too although the calendar feature of the full site is missing.

this is a pretty decent app, its great for transferring funds easily. however, im having a major issue with the “sister app” if you will, card control. you have to go through this app to get to card control, and it has been working fine until a few weeks ago. now when i go to the card control section, it just tells me to download the app, not recognizing i already have it. ive tried deleting both apps but still wont work. not sure what to do :(

I have a personal acct and a joint acct. if there were a way to switch between the two without having to log off and back in it would be great

It keeps asking me to make a name for every device I use. Problem is I always am on the same device! My phone....it doesnt let you use same names ie Iphone...im beginning to run out of names.

Other than that happy they got an app.

Just installed haven't used yet but I will soon. I am just happy that my local CU has an app and they just updated thief ATMs :)
