Once you setup your login and give some access to your financials, it never asks you to authenticate again. Even when you close the app. Real secure. Fail Achieve, fail. Then to add I couldn’t even request my account be closed or removed. Hmmm. **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Automatic sign out when manually closing the app or when inactivity is detected is a feature that has been added. We've also included the ability to delete your account. Do note that that the GOOD app provides only read access to personal financial information. And as a founding member of Financial Health Network and a member of the American Fair Credit Council, we have a reputation to uphold and hence, security is one of our highest priorities. ### 1/5 — Horrible signup process! *2022-10-13, version 1.6.2* I signed up on the app and the when I went to login it sign user doesn’t exist but when I went back to signup again it said user already exist!!! Laughable and yet annoying ### 1/5 — User Does Not Exist/User Already Exists *2022-09-29, version 1.5* I just tried creating an account with this app and after entering my credentials to sign up and the security code that was sent to my email, I’m brought to a login page. When I try logging in, it immediately states “User does not exist”. How does my account not exist when I was sent an email from them? I tried signing up again with the same email and this time, I’m being told “User already exists”. So which one is it??? The developers need to fix this issue ASAP.
