## What is Achikochi?

Overlay traditional direction lines on a real map.

Set a reference point — your home, workplace, or anywhere you choose — and Achikochi draws the compass sectors radiating out from it, so you can see at a glance which direction any destination falls in.

FOUR DIVISION SYSTEMS
• 24 Mountains — 15° per sector, the standard luopan ring
• Eight Directions — 45° per sector
• 30°/60° alternating — the Japanese kigaku layout
• Twelve Directions — 30° per sector

MAGNETIC DECLINATION
Direction systems are measured from true north, but a magnetic compass points to magnetic north, and the gap between them changes with where you are. Achikochi corrects for it. Inside Japan the declination is calculated for you; anywhere else you can enter your local value by hand.

MULTIPLE REFERENCE POINTS
Save as many points as you like — home, work, a family address — and switch between them at any time.

SEARCH
Find a place by address or name and jump straight to it on the map.

マップ自体には満足ですが、集合体恐怖症の私には不快すぎる広告が表示され、使用できません。手のひらに何かの集合体がある写真で、ネットショップですが、本当に体調を崩すレベルです。各社広告表示が問題化するなか、おそらくミスターゲティングのうえ、利用者が不快と思う広告を表示させることをやめてほしいです。

近年、偏角の設定が任意から2020年近似値もしくは未設定となってしまって、残念です。
自由意志で任意設定できるように微調整を宜しくお願いします。

方位線の種類を選べ、自宅からの直線距離の表示もできるのが良いです。
ただ、タイトルの通り角度の変更が任意でできなくなりました。残念です。チェックを入れることで自動で変更してくれますが、何度になってるのか表示がありません。あと、できれば自宅から任意の半径の円を網掛けできたり、検索した地点にピンがたったりすると良いです。
