I can login to the website using the email and password saved in my password manager, but when I try to login to the app using the same credentials, I get a message that the email or password is “invalid.” Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Login fail *2021-08-02, version 3.1* I am not allowed to login because my email is “invalid” through the website I can login but through the app I can’t. ### 1/5 — Not Happy *2016-06-26, version 2.0.1* Annoyingly continued to send me notifications that updates were made to my trip, when really nothing had been changed. I contacted acis who told me it meant that the app was updating. Then Why was it notifying me that updates were made to MY trip? I ended up having to check the acis website to assure that nothing new was added to my trip. What's the point of having an app if you need to check the website in the end?! Annoying. Annoying. The amount of information on this app blows my mind! It has my full itinerary, the history of the places I'm planning to go to, and has ratings on thousands of attractions! Probably one of the most amazing travel apps I've ever had. However, it's unreliable. Sometimes, when I try to download an updated version of my guides, it stops loading ALL information altogether. Very frustrating.
