## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Works great, but is currently broken on iOS

*2026-06-23*

App is great for reviewing upcoming auctions and doing live bidding. But it’s currently broken (Jun ‘26) with the last update 9 months ago. Website still works.

### 1/5 — Never loads

*2021-08-22*

When it worked, it was a bit slow but not horrible. Now, it just never loads. All i get is a white screen (iPhone) even when I delete the app and reload. Have to use the website which is annoying.

### 1/5 — Just a blank screen

*2020-09-17*

Using it on my iPhone I assumed it would be running on my new iPad as well. But all that comes up is a blank screen...and then nothing...

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2018-10-03*

Nothing loads. Loading wheel spins indefinitely.

### 2/5 — Old app worked better

*2018-02-10*

Still have to use website... can't see history and have to relogin each time.

### 5/5 — Super easy to use!

*2022-09-01*

Watching the live auctioneer and bidding real-time is super easy for the auction app plus bidding on the web sales has gotten to be a bit addictive as it is so easy to use.
