For what it does, this is the perfect app. I can journal each days progress and have goals and milestones

ACL reconstruction can be a mentally taxing and lonely journey. Especially for active, independent people, having to depend on others and limit your physical activity can be mentally exhausting. This app is a lifesaver. It provides encouragement, allows you to track progress and explains the healing process in a way that keeps you motivated and committed to the rehab process.  This app is essential for anyone who is undergoing ACL reconstruction surgery!
