Nice learning tool but several rhythm page descriptions are in Spanish vs English

Downloaded for practice.  The examples and descriptions help. However, one listed 3 possible appearances of p waves and I would have liked to see all 3 (only 2 shown).  Biggest problem is that Wide QRS with unknown origins is still unknowable - the Criteria question answers and the description were in Spanish!  It was only on this one part. Please fix.
