## What is Acolad Live?

De Acolad Live App voor zowel klanten als tolken met unieke functionaliteiten voor beide doelgroepen.

Als klant beheert en monitort u uw tolkaanvragen in een beveiligde omgeving conform ISO 27001 (Informatiebeveiliging) in de app. Zonder tussenkomst van het Callcenter wordt u rechtstreeks en binnen 3 minuten doorverbonden met de tolk. Acolad Live App voor alle typen tolkdiensten, zowel ad hoc als gereserveerd. Om deze app te gebruiken dient u over een gebruikersaccount te beschikken. Hulp nodig? Als tolk beheert en monitort u uw tolkopdrachten in een beveiligde omgeving conform ISO 27001 (Informatiebeveiliging) in de app. U stelt zich met één druk op de knop beschikbaar en blijft op de hoogte over nieuwe tolkopdrachten via notificaties op uw telefoon.
