And I’m currently waiting on a now 250 dollar withdrawal from them and between lack of response I’ve received ALL weekend long to the one email requesting I leave a review and congratulations on my win and hope fast they are working on depositing that in to my account…. Yet five mins later I was sent an email stating THEIR bank declined my withdrawal request…. And that does not make me feel very secure…but that’s ok. I’ll request my refunds thru Apple Pay as well as cash app and pay pal and I’ll get my money back I deposited into the game. All of it. If I don’t hear something come Monday….. in hind sight tho if they make the situation right I’d totally give their casino five stars. They actually let you win. Until February 4th 2024 I tried to redeem my winnings and it allowed me to put in the request to, but as of now I still haven’t gotten my money.. As much as I want to give this app 5stars and continue to enjoy the app I can’t because my withdrawal request still says waiting on review… It never took this long.. Normally it takes afew hours or one day.. Right now it’s going on two weeks.. I spend my money faithfully and even referred multiple people.. I did use my own money to play with “SC” coin…whatever that stand for idk. I also received some sc coins for completing a couple activities. But I won $100 in two different games. I had to submit to an identity verification process. Once approved I cashed out. Within 24 hrs the cash was in my PayPal account!! I would recommend doing the identification activity before spending any of your own money to be certain that you’ll be able to cash out. Here’s one thing you should know…let’s say you top off with $10. That money isn’t able to be cashed out. If you win in game, $3, for a total of $8 sc coin, then you’ll only be able to cash out $3. Hundreds of dollars have been paid to my PayPal account for my winnings exactly as the app claims to do. I read some of the negative reviews on here and thought I wasn’t going to actually receive anything, but I absolutely did, and because of that I feel the need to leave a 5 star review and this written review. I had to wait about a month and a half to get anybody to respond eventually it did pay out though to my PayPal. I play everything from Casino to bingo to bubble break etc etc. Honestly they are all basically rigged some are more obviously rigged than others meaning, some let you play with whatever money you spend longer than others. I always experience winning in the beginning and once I start using my own money I never win big again. NOT with this app! Everything went fine; I even received links within the game to confirm my email and everything. Now they have blocked my account. I have emailed them and they will not respond and it has been 18 days and they still have not deposited my funds. I have had to notify PayPal to monitor the account because I am worried they will fraudulently access my PayPal since they have not honored the withdraw request. My rating and review will stand unless they unblock the account and honor the withdraw request. I have given them 24 hours before I notify Apple of this issue and request that their app be pulled ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Completely false advertising and doesn’t pay *2024-03-02* I played for a good while and had over $30 so I tried to withdraw small amounts such as $5 and $10 and even $3 , I entered my location to where I wanted it deposited into paypal and it said thank you and proceeded to “process “ for quite a long time about a week or more and finally I recieved an email giving absolutely absurd and ridiculous excuses of why my cash out requests could not be fulfilled so despite being somewhat annoyed that the claims the company makes were now literally proving to be falsified right to my face I tried a few more withdraw requests of $3 and $2 amounts and again after weeks nothing happened . So if I’m not mistaken according to my attorney i’am within my legal rights to easily sue this company on quite a few different things which I fully plan to do especially since my attorney says it would be dumb of me not to since it is such a blatant and outright scam and false advertising to the extreme , it also crosses into literally stealing money from misled people. I tried this game it was fun to play the thing is it when you win and try to cash out it’s a 7 to 10 business days. After enjoying this app for a few months and winning almost $750 (probably spending a few hundred) I noticed that they changed their odds. The winning combos were not awarding the same cash amounts they were before. In addition to this there are bugs which will not award your winnings. You’ll watch them add up during free spins- yet weirdly they are also subtracted - and at the end of free spins you know you are about to get $15 (even with the errors made by subtracting some winning spins) and you’ll be awarded $1 instead of the $15 you just watched add up in free spins. This app is rife with programming bugs and changing the odds without an announcement is cheating. Stay away until these are fixed. The only thing I would complain about is that their customer service never responds. However, I’ve not had to contact them regarding getting my money. I’ve always been paid and the more you play the faster you get it back, at least in my experience. I just withdrew like $250 today from money I made playing off the weekly subscription I got for $30/week and you get the $30 right away, and then like $2/ day during the week for 7 days.
