It has given us wrong or outdated information as to the charge by status and use of the stair lift which rather than giving us peace of mind has caused a degree of anxiety. I’ve only had access today, I’ve had to delete the app multiple times and start again as the page keeps going blank. If I was paying for this I’d want my money back. Don’t be sucked into the salesperson advertising this as an asset, this is not! @acorn please sort this as families rely on this to have some reassurance on their vulnerable relatives ### 4/5 — Working fine for us *2024-10-25, version 1.8.8* Based on a couple of days use, seems fine and doing what we need it to. The login “issue” is easily resolved (on iOS at least) by saving the login details in the passwords app. Doesn’t seem to be updated / revised much which may be an issue.
