It gives you bank ACH or a giftcard…. So of course I use ach and it can take multiple days for them to even get approved and then sent to bank. It is not a bank issue because every other slot game does not have this issue. I contacted the card they claimed the fraud was on and submitted documentation to them where my financial institution verified there were no fraud claims on my account. they are not communicating with me again been 17 days that’s not including the first few times I submitted my redemptions. yet 24 seven customer service is advertised. I had redemptions in my account the next day typically.The redemption still say in progress. they think that they can just ignore me and i will give up. I redeemed and woke up to it saying it was paid out. Now I never received the 2nd one. They say it’s bc my email I used had a capital letter at the beginning and the first email I gave was lower case. However I called PayPal and it doesn’t matter if it’s capital or lower case, PayPal recognizes it. I can log into PayPal using either form of the email. So if they really did send it, it would be there. PayPal confirmed this.
