When I try to book a Taxi, the app says "Unavailable
Sorry, you cannot book in this area right now. (Code 32)"  I've tried multiple times.

Got scammed, and it’s more expensive than paying the driver directly!!

Whenever I try to book a Taxi with this app it comes up with “We’re sorry, but we can’t process payments using that method at the moment. Please select another payment option. (Code 32)” no matter what payment method I try to use at any given time. 
I make sure I have the money to pay my taxi fee beforehand as well, so it isn’t an issue on my end.
It’s very frustrating, especially when not being able to drive and relying on Taxis to get to appointments seeing as public transportation is scarce where I live. 
An utter shame.

The journeys I booked through the app were 10-15% more expensive than paying the driver direct. I didn’t notice being informed of this at any point. 
The app has a number of dead ends in the terms and conditions and email contact, where you have to close the app to get off the page. You can track when the driver will arrive which is useful.
