I paid for the service and received a PIN to access my lab results, but there is no option to enter the PIN. Instead, the app keeps asking me to pay again. The login and account linking process is confusing and frustrating. If you’re charging customers, at least make it easy to access the service they’ve already paid for. Test Validity Status Indicator: Each assessment is now labeled as Valid, Invalid, or Incomplete above the outcome measures table. Trial Count Labels Removed: “Trial 1 of 2” labels have been removed for a cleaner outcome measures table. Now, Green dots show valid trials, orange dots show invalid trials, and bubbles highlight highest values automatically.
