Just received the September 2025 update and now all our access control gates say “hardware not found” when you click on them.

Just at least test your app before releasing it. Full of bugs, awful, paid way too much for your product for this type of issue to be recurring.

May 25 update has been very poor. Face recognition login is not seamless.  Multiple notifications that aren’t needed.  A door being forced open I used to get one notification, now I get 4-6. Total battery drain. Unfortunately I need the app.   I hope an update for this update is in the works.

Crashes frequently. Then when reopening app it will crash again. Have to uninstall and reinstall to fix.
