My students are getting more flexible and stronger as each week passes! It's so exciting! The only things I would like to see added if possible is 1. different angles of spotting the skills. (Maybe the ability to control the different ways to view the spotting techniques ? ) 2. The ability to scroll from one skill to the next or autoplay them 3.
