The people who were donating found it really helpful to when scanning their card, because that feature allowed then to know that I wasn’t saving their credit card number. The check feature was also really helpful, because it is minimal work. I’m not a techno wizard. I shouldn’t have to be if you want folks to donate to Relay for Life. I have downloaded the fundraising app — several times — and still can’t get it to work successfully. The app “successfully” accepts pictures of check front and back but the check amount never appears in the Team account and the individual has yet to get the promised receipt. Bad experience on all sides ### 1/5 — App is horrifically glitchy *2023-10-29, version 4.0.0* I have an iPhone 15 pro max and this app forces closes itself all the time. I actually cannot even select “my profile” tab on the bottom. Every time I touch “my profile” the app forces closes and exits back to Home Screen. There are numerous areas of the app that this happens on. Also, used the link in the app for my Facebook fundraising and someone used it to donate but it posted to 2023 instead of 2024.
