### 1/5 — Can’t get past phone number screen

I open the app, set a PIN code and then enter my phone number and it crashes.

The app is unreliable and the only way to get assistance is going back to the contractor who installed it. I have been having an issue for the past month and a half on being able to add anyone new to the system. When I talk to the contractor, they have reached out to the company and they say they are aware of it but as of yet do not have a fix. So in the meantime, I have 25 people that I cannot give access to our facility. That is unless I use a card key instead of the app. I have had other issues for the past year and a half. 

A system like this should not be allowed until it is completely usable and reliable. If I could change out of the system, I would. Going forward on our new campuses we will not be using the system.

This app works as a keycard to my office but it could be WAY better if it integrated with Apple Wallet.

It works, but it’s very annoying to use.  Needs to add the ability to add the credentials to Apple Wallet ASAP.
