This is great for teenagers…so I downloaded thinking I’ll show to my kids. But I ended up using it as well ! It has helped me so much! Wonderful info esp during my trigger moments! Get a brief but concise into thoughts, feelings, human behaviour and the skills that ACT can bring you. It’s not “who is ACT for?”, it’s more like “who isn’t ACT for?”… it’s for everybody… we all need tools to help us unhook from unhelpful thoughts and make space for difficult feelings. This app is free and brought to us through a charity. Let’s hope these insights and tools help even more. Thank you 😀

Fantastic app! Not only will teens benefit from it…. It would be great for tweens as well -10,11,12,13 year olds - who can use the app with a parent or caregiver. It’s fun and effective. I highly recommend it.

I appreciate this app quite a bit. It’s got a nice interface and I can navigate to the right section when I need each one in the moment. I’ve been reading about ACT via Hayes and the Happiness Trap and enjoying the activities there, and this app makes those activities really accessible. They are quite similar (not the same) but explained clearly and the app makes it easy to apply in the moment it’s happening, rather than having to refer to my notes or go to the kindle to find the section. Well done and thank you for a great, very helpful tool. I’m grateful.

I use ACT with teens and this looks great. For some reasons the Australian accent works really well with UK students too! Love how the colour you choose forms the background to the work. Animations are nice and simple and videos work well. Thumbs up.

Not seen anything like this before and it’s really well thought out. My daughter had to have some therapy for some MH issues (CBT) and they gave her a load of paper to remind her what they’d covered. She’s never looked at it. This is great to have all in an App and so user-friendly and relevant. I’ve recommended it to everyone!
