Can not access cameras any where but on home wifi...no response from web site contact methods....email nor telephone. Even their Facebook messenger is inaccessible...

**Developer response:** We attempted to return the calls and there was no answer and a voicemail was left. We forwarded this information along to the Authorized Agent who installed the DVR and cameras and were informed that it had been resolved.
