The device is small and I love that it’s discreet. But the people! Customer service is phenomenal. They are with you every step of the way. You literally have to sync the app at midnight or it Won’t track all your hours for the day. The code cannot be that hard to continually track Hours, then apply a 24-hr clock. I am shocked that such an expensive medical device is not able To track Reliable data.
