The staff are very nice indeed , kind, considerate, and willing to go that extra mile. As previously mentioned You always feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door I love the banter given which is always 2 way. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years as a regular morning swimmer and the friends I’ve made are too many to mention. The only down side is Julie one of the staff keeps pinching my parking slot and I have told her it’s mine. She is adamant it’s hers. Only joking mind. You don’t mess with Julie. Ha ha Thank you all for doing a great job. All I ask is, don’t change yourself as you have it down to a fine art of being great guys and gals That’s all I’ve gotta say about that. Mike Edwards ### 5/5 — Much better *2022-05-24, version 5.94* It’s great to be able to be on a waiting list ### 4/5 — App makes booking easier *2023-04-10, version 106.33* The app works for making bookings to use the gym, pool etc and it’s helpful to see my history - when did I last make the effort to go? You have to log in a second time to use the Actif Anywhere bit, but after doing that, you can access an On Demand class or book a live stream event. The app doesn’t help with any admin problems - for that it’s proved best for me to contact the central admin by email. ( Direct debit seems a bit of a problem for them!) ### 3/5 — Accesability *2025-04-11, version 108.29.1* Although I am fluent Welsh speaker.
