It never works properly. The maps are awful and the data it’s portraying is highly inaccurate. It never works to show you the current location of the car, that’s if it even gets to that bit. It usually just hangs on a screen saying “Don’t worry we’ve got your booking…” then the next thing you’re getting a text saying cars outside! Rubbish. Given you’re charging £6.50 from Knottingley to Ponty you can afford to get a better app! Deleted…I’m off to Datacabs… ### 1/5 — Awful *2021-06-12, version 33.2.7* Hate the new update. Even after speaking to a manager I didn’t get a clear explanation. Something to do with our drop off not being on the way? It was in the way there so why not on the way coming back?? System not been updated, so not sure this is the customers fault. Beware of being ripped off by this company. We did get a price on the outward journey when booking and presumed the same coming back.
