Chat system doesn’t work. Bonus bets don’t work. Extremely limited markets. Live betting is horrible. UI is average to below average. Tracking your bets live is an eye sore. Withdrawal times are slow. There’s better options out there tried to support local but it’s just not worth it. ### 2/5 — Too complicated to use bonus bets *2025-06-23, version 1.20.17* It gave me 2 $50 bonus bets but won’t let me use them. Called was on hold 25+ minutes Finally let me use 1 but never let me use the other. I do very much appreciate that it’s TN made. It’s got a lot going for it, but like any up-and-coming platform, there are a few kinks that could use some ironing out. Regardless there are many lines that are better priced than the big retailers. It’s well worth having money in the account. ### 3/5 — Decent Sportsbook *2025-02-28* I enjoy that there is an app specifically made for users in Tennessee, however the interface using it is subpar. It has stayed roughly the same in the nearly 5 years its been out and could use a massive overhaul. It can time out randomly and that can be frustrating if someone is trying to bet on a live event. ### 1/5 — STICK TO BIG NAME PLATFORMS, not this one *2023-09-22, version 1.20.6* After winning your bet, they take 30 mins to grade most tickets it seems like to keep you from having a chance at doubling the profits. In other words if you want to bet more you have to deposit more.. only delays on your wins. Loses are graded immediately.. cheap sham if you ask me. Big name platforms are your best options not this one ### 1/5 — I want my money *2023-08-27, version 1.20.6* Wont let me withdraw my winnings it keeps saying cancelled ### 1/5 — This is a scam *2023-02-02, version 1.20.3* I’m better sure the app makes it impossible to add a debit card to your account so you have to use the play plus option, and good luck finding out how to withdrawal your winnings. This app is a SCAM. ### 2/5 — Not good because *2023-01-09* They control how much you deposit…. So when you want to make that last minute gut throbbing bet…. You won’t be able to make it because they will make you wait a hour or more to make another deposit. And all gamblers know some of their biggest wins are at the last minute. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2022-12-10, version 1.20.2* I really did my best to give them a shot and they let me down at every opportunity. Customer service was nice but that’s the only positive. They would constantly send me promos or deposit matches. When I tried to use the code for the match it wouldn’t work. Multiple times support said “It was sent by mistake”. On the off chance the code did work for a match I still had to contact support because my funds weren’t available after meeting the clearly stated requirements. If you like watching paint dry, nails on a chalkboard or having to contact support for every promo then this is the book for you. Otherwise save yourself the frustration and use one of the many other books in Tennessee. ### 2/5 — Lightning fast payout simply awful UI *2022-11-19* Fast, reliable payouts. UI is dreadful right out of 1993. Simply having an image on helmets would slash locating a game. Its all blue font and cannot find anything quickly. About 1/2 the time I deposit my bank flags the card. once that happens just go on to MGM cause it’s 24 hours to reset. Being local doesn’t excuse the bad things. That is totally fine. They didn’t let me know until after the game and sent an email after the result of the game. If they would have emailed me before the game started, no problem. I watched a game thinking I had made a couple thousand dollars. Don’t use this Sportsbook! ### 1/5 — Great if Lose, Bad if you Win *2025-09-13, version 1.20.19* The app will constantly process bets and then have a “trader” review them. Always rejected bets after the review especially if you start winning (some reviewed so long the match settled, bet would have won, then rejected). They rejected all my bets after a day of big wins and only allowed a single bet if I reached out to a rep and basically had to ask permission to place it. ### 1/5 — Literally the worst betting app I’ve ever used *2025-07-16, version 1.20.18* Don’t waste your time ### 1/5 — Pitiful customer service *2025-07-02, version 1.20.17* They suspended my account with money still on the books. I never even got to deposit money because there were so many problems. This app needs to be completely redone because in its current state it is atrocious.
