In a sea of To Do apps with unnecessary clutter, Actions stands out as a simple, neat and efficient organiser. It’s pretty customisable too, which makes it more enjoyable. Truly worth it.

Runs my life, the recurring feature, synchronicity with Timepage and also the ability to have further progress in checklist are second to none. Only thing to improve would be to allow the desktop icon to change colour like Timepage!

really works seamlessly with time-page, reoccurring option and checklist within actions as well as priority sorting is fab! wish app icon was customisable colour wise on mac os like the time-page app too, otherwise, no notes!

my most used app ever. it’s so great. it can be a little glitchy at times but it just looks so clean and has such a nice, simple concept that i overlook it. dragging and dropping tasks to different days is so much better than paper planning, ive been going strong for 3 years. i love being able to scroll through my whole week of tasks, color coded. i do wish you could pick from a wider range of colors though (hex code) for different lists. but still my favorite app.

My friend who got into Princeton recommended this app to me in sophomore year of high school and it helps me keep track of genuinely so much. I recommend this app to all of my friends because it’s so intuitive, I love that it will show google calendar things on your pc, it’s cross platform, and I genuinely believe it’s the key to life. Live, laugh, love, Actions by Moleskin/Bonobo/Whatever they’re named now. If I was famous I would rep their brand always

I’ve been paying for this app on and off over the years and the only reason I keep getting off of it is cause it DOES NOT sync with iOS reminders. I feel like it’s been promised forever and there’s been no delivery on this one feature. I’d be a paying customer FOR LIFE if they made this one simple change.

I’ve used this app along with the calendar app that goes with it for several years. Love the calendar. Used to like this app until my lists started deleting themselves. I was just using it and added to a list. Went back and the list was gone. I made another list. Went back and it was gone. Yes I hit the checkmark to save it. I have ADHD and I rely heavily on lists to get things done. With this app I have to try to remember what it is I needed to remember. This is useless. The last list that disappeared is the final straw. I’ll keep the calendar but the Actions app is getting deleted.

It looks like a great app. I was ready to commit. But their website has zero information about pricing and it’s completely buried deep in their app description. Then, before you can even open/use the app, you are forced to answer a long survey that isn’t comprehensive so it can’t even be answered properly. After you take this arduous survey you think you’re there and can try the app. Nope. You see a “this is a free trial” screen. Then you have to click a link to give them your payment information before you can use the app. This is what dark UX looks like.

The core issue of this app is that "Sign in with Google" does not persist at all. Every single time the app is force-closed or terminated, the login session is completely wiped out, forcing me to log in all over again from scratch.To make matters worse, even when the app is just in the background, tapping the widget flashes the splash screen and drops the session instantly. The app completely fails to securely save the login token. Having to re-login every time I open the app makes it completely unusable. Please fix this critical token persistence bug immediately.

Nice one. I had it working and my reminders in the widget.   Worked for years.   Then i updated it. Now i cant use what I was already using without a subscription. Hahahaha. Get wrecked. More than happy to delete now.  Also i got the info off my old phone which still had the version which had all of my stuff.  So i got what i needed bit 8 will never pay for infinite subscription.    I would spend a few bucks to buy it.  But youre not gonna milk me forever.  So i got my stuff.   Will be using better apps.   Good riddance

Purchased this app and been using this for couple of weeks, but this app so confusing me. I’m not the stupid we’re all using so many software and work in software. 

- Very Bad usability, No idea they contact user study / testing before release in market.
- Not at all user friendly 
- For very simple change like changing the color for the tasks create or adding new task.
- Waste of money $24.99 and wasting time to use this app… Still the app is mistry 
- No learning curve for the first time users.

I love the Moleskine productivity suite. I LOVE it passionately; it’s beautiful, intuitive, and dynamic, but I cannot use this set of apps for exactly one reason: I need a two-way sync with Apple Reminders. It is non-negotiable. I canceled my last subscription because of it and was very disappointed to see it has still not been implemented. I love this set of apps, but it is literally completely unusable to me because of this one flaw. 

Without this two-way sync, I cannot assign tasks to other people or share tasks/lists with other people, nor can I track other people’s progress on tasks. I can’t use Apple Reminder triggers that aren’t available in Moleskine. I can’t easily move a task from one platform to another. It’s such a shame. I love this set of apps, and it’s amazing to me that despite the consistent and unrelenting feedback from end users about the need for this two-way sync, Moleskine chooses to continue biting the hands that feed.

Why do you need me to create an account? I would store reminders on my own device or in Apple cloud. Dont want you storing any of my personal data. I also want to purchase only one time. I deleted it immediately.

Actions is an absolutely phenomenal app! I’ve tried and tested numerous to-do and reminder apps before, but none of them felt like one I’d like to use on a daily basis. Actions is the first one I actually enjoy using and keep coming back to. Besides, its design is simply beautiful!

This app is amazing.  I love how I can stay organized with different colored sections for home and work.  I can add dates and change dates or just click and pull task into different day if I don’t get to it.  
One of the best things is seeing them color coded for different categories on the days of the current week.  I feel this is the best app for a to do list I have ever used.

I live in the UK with Timepage & Actions synchronised. For quite a while I’d noticed that following the clocks going forward in March each year, every time I set an appointment in Timepage, the same appointment showed in Actions, but 1 hour later ie 15:00 would show as 16:00. As soon as the clocks went back in October, the issue was resolved for the rest of the year…until March….

I tried various things, without success, but as soon as I reached out to Actions support, Adam responded with this solution: 

1. Open Timepage and navigate to Menu > Preferences > Time > Time Zone, and make sure "Use System Time Zone" is enabled. This ensures Timepage automatically follows your device's time zone.
2. Open your iOS Settings app, go to General > Date & Time, and ensure "Set Automatically" is enabled.
3. If any existing events are still showing the wrong time after this, you can manually adjust them by opening the event in Timepage, tapping the time at the top, and selecting the globe icon to ensure it is set to the correct local time zone (e.g., Europe/London).

I’ve been using the paid version of this app for years now and I love it.  You can move tasks between days, set repeating ones etc.  I also use it for long term desires/goals and packing lists.

Great app and service. This works perfect with my ADD mind. Being able to choose a color for each group and how you can add checklists inside of one note is incredible.

The only update I’d like is the ability to change the apps icon color on my desktop version. Curious why you can’t, when it’s possible with the Timepage app.
