It stop letting me access the app from yesterday

App is currently not working. Redownloaded, iPhone reset, no matter what I do, upon opening the app it crashes instantly. 

Side note, would love to send customizable text messages.

Why can you not assign a sound tone when receiving a notification? All push notifications are silent and no settings are available in-app.

As the courtesy officer I’m able to listen to voicemail, call back the caller, send automated text messages all while not providing any of my personal information/number! Great app

A great addition to take the app to the next level, would to be able to leave notes on each call received for better documentation and for management to preview.
