Active BOLO replaces the e-mailed wanted flyer with a push alert to every officer in your agency the second it is posted. Wanted, Missing, Runaway Juvenile, Person of Interest, Vehicle of Interest, Stolen Property, Extra Patrol Passes, Officer Safety and Agency Notices, each with the photo, the details, the map and one tap to report a sighting, an arrest or a recovery. FOR OFFICERS • Alerts arrive as full-screen notifications with sound, on duty only. Off duty, your phone stays quiet. • Open a bulletin to see the photo, description, vehicle, charges, last known location and a map. • Report a sighting with your location, direction of travel and how long ago. The posting officer is told immediately. • Post your own bulletin in about a minute: pick the type, take a photo, fill the fields, preview, send. • Radio read-out with phonetic plates, and Read Aloud. • The photo can ride in the alert itself, on the phone and on a paired Apple Watch. • Rapid BOLO: drop a photo, a map or a floor plan and everyone on duty has it in seconds. Rapid Places sends a school's or building's pre-loaded floor plans and notes with one tap. • Print or share a letter-size poster, or the full case packet, from the phone. • Messages: dispatch reaches chosen people or groups directly, with photos and acknowledgments, even off duty. • Near You: see which active bulletins are within a mile of where you stand. Your location is never stored. FOR AGENCIES • Your own agency space, your logo, your case numbering, your dropdowns and charge list. • Roles: officer, dispatcher, supervisor, admin. Sign in with Google, Microsoft 365 or a password; two-step sign-in available. • Retention rules, public-records reports, full backups, an activity log, and optional Google Drive or Dropbox copies. • Share chosen bulletins with partner agencies on Active BOLO. • The Podium: roll call in briefing order on the big screen, with pass-on notes, the lineup and a record of who was briefed. The Console gives dispatch who's on, messages, Rapid Places and quick links on one screen. • Optional public pages: Request Extra Patrol from your website, approved by a supervisor, and a public Wanted & Missing page with a tip form. • Nothing is stored on the officer's phone. Every record lives on the server. Active BOLO is for sworn law-enforcement personnel and their agencies. An agency account is required; request setup at activebolo.com. ## Key features - Real-time push alerts for law enforcement bulletins - One-tap reporting of sightings, arrests, and recoveries - Create and share custom bulletins with photos and details - Officer-specific notifications (on-duty only) - Agency customization with roles and branding - Secure server-side data storage - Optional public-facing pages for extra patrol requests ## Is Active BOLO safe?
