You then send emails and get no reply, don’t bother trying to phone either 🤬 ### 1/5 — Poor service for members ! *2022-04-11, version 5.79* I and many many others are very angry at the way we have been treated with regard to the provision and accessibility of classes at Menzieshill. We have just been told that there are no classes on Mondays as the instructor is now working in the main office. Surely it would have been sense to leave the girl covering the Monday until another instructor was found. No consideration for the public! Also we are not happy about the booking facility, by 21.01 the night before the class all thirty places have been booked leaving lots of people without a place. This hall can hold a lot more than thirty people it is time the class number was extended. Since Covid, classes have been closed in Lochee and the. Lynch Centre and cut backs in Olympia, people are all fighting for a place in Menzieshill!! Not good enough , we pay monthly and expect a better service. Do not ask why we have not complained before this as the answer is when you phone Olympia no one answers!! We would like action soon, it has been suggested we should go to the press!! Maybe that’s what we will have to do!!! ### 1/5 — Wont let me confirm! (Took my money) *2021-06-04, version 4.76* As soon as I put my billing info in it says booking confirmed tap to continue. As soon as you click continue it froze. Don’t even bother downloading. ### 1/5 — Avoid Avoid Avoid *2021-05-14, version 4.76* This is the worst booking app ever. ### 2/5 — Hard to navigate *2025-09-04, version 108.41* I feel it’s difficult to find simple things like payments due etc. The rest of the site is easy to navigate but queries on my account I feel are difficult to find an answer for. ### 2/5 — Stuart robertson *2022-04-24, version 5.79* System is generally ok but is being abused as many tee times are unused and are not being cancelled People abusing are not getting warnings or any action taken so they will continue to do so This morning we had 9.52 and there was only 3 other groups during time we played on the front nine Much better just getting tee times at the starters box as people tend to use these as they have to actually book in person Course when I play on Sunday is fully booked at 9.02 on the Saturday night before you’ll be lucky if 20% of these times are used, it’s really a farcical situation ### 3/5 — Not easy to navigate *2025-03-16, version 108.9* Can never find the events I want .
