It’s not user-friendly at all. I tried to transfer my marathon ticket, but it just kept glitching. I had to reset my password multiple times, the landing page is full of irrelevant content, and I’m constantly bombarded with ads. Something that should have taken a couple of minutes turned into a frustrating experience. Surely I’m not the only one having these issues? ### 1/5 — This App No Longer Worth Downloading *2026-07-30, version 2.9.3* Let me start by saying that I’ve been an active advantage member for at least the past 10 years, but I find no use whatsoever from this app. I should have all my benefits in it- instead I have to browse mobile or desktop web and the limited functions it has- like locate events- won’t accept a new location other than the one stored. Very sad, but not going to waste my time anymore so don’t bother downloading. I was also bamboozled into subscribing to a year membership which took me hours to cancel.
